Our Story

“Look deep into nature and you will understand everything better”, said Einstein.

Albert Einstein went to ETH, which was known as the Zurich Polytechnic at the time, in October 1896. At just17 years of age, he was one of the youngest students. He did not know where the life path would take him but he had a curiosity for almost everything and profound love for humanity.

Food is not the common business one would expect the ETH graduate to embark on. And YET, it is all connected. Nature, food, creativity, technology. Healthier communities inspire people to be more productive, creative and engaged. The best business deals are made over food and the most lasting memories we associate with the taste.

Thus, knowing that it is the laws of nature that govern most scientific and technological breakthroughs, we decided to combine them all together. Our ETH learnings, desire to be part of the green movement and our entrepreneurial spirit.

kookoo - is a story of centuries-long Persian healthy vegetarian dishes, where recipes were passed from generation to generation and we want to share that story with you.

We believe in sustainability and the environmental impact of our products, which is why we want to bring kookoo to our city.
