Kookoos are served with various types of rice mostly flavored with saffron, dill, lentils and so on. The colors of these rice represent a wide palette from green to pink to yellow. It does not stop there. We offer a wide range of yoghurt-based dips, unique in taste which match the main dishes adding a fresh taste. 

 

All the dishes are entirely vegetarian and contain ingredients that substitute  meat-based products. We also use plant-based recyclable plates for serving.

A plate contains choice of kookoo, rice, salad and dip.
